Post your final goodbye entry. It has been a pleasure having all of you as students. I will certainly miss all of you, but I am confident that you will use the educational technology skills/strategies that you've gained to continue to empower your culturally and linguistically diverse student population. Good luck!
Best regards,
Dr. Rivera

ReplyDeleteLot's of time together at our PWU class...
DeleteThank you Dr. Rivera for teaching us and for helping us on how to use class blogs to create meaningful ESL Anthologies. I am so grateful and appreciate all the participants in this class, to all our Chamorro teachers (Saina Ewy, Sinora Dirige and Sinora Julie), to our administrator Ms. Rose Castro, ESL teacher - Ms. Mae and Librarian - Ms. Sylvia. The final blog would not be possible without the guidance, support and collaboration of our group. We all worked together as
ReplyDeleteas we shared our cultural similarities. It is indeed, that "We are more alike than different!"

DeleteTechnology is sometimes my friend and sometimes, my foe. Its like when I learn something, it gets updated and more learning is needed. You can't get old with your mind working, so keep learning and hope technology is your friend!

ReplyDeleteIt's certainly isn't the final farewell. There'll be others I'm sure will want to join/attend. All I've learned throughout this class will remain with me. It encourages me to keep surfing, to ride the waves no matter what happens. The challenge continues.
